Sikafloor®-125 Level Flex is a 1-part, ready-to-use, latex-modified smoothing and levelling compound for advanced flexibility and resilience. It is suitable for smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors prior to applying final wearing coverings.

Features:

• Flexible, self-smoothing and highly fluid.
• Low shrinkage.
• Easy to apply by pump or manual application.
• 2–4 hours walk on time (+20 °C).
• Can be overlaid in approx. 8 hours (+20 °C).
• Maintains good workability and joint healing.
• Good surface appearance and hardness.
• Protein and formaldehyde free.
• Colour – Grey Powder

Usage:

Levelling/smoothing:

• Concrete.
• Sand/cement screeds (not anhydrite).
• Quarry tiles, terrazzo, ceramic tiles.
• Underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables/pipes.
